TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE "EASY JOURNEY TO LÁZNÍ 2025-2026" PROMOTION„

For sale in the period from 3. 11. 2025 to 31. 12. 2025 and for subsequent use of procedures in the period from 5. 1. 2026 to 31. 3. 2026

1. The price for one treatment procedure according to the price list is up to 35% during this period (does not apply to the swimming pool complex and medical services)

2. The promotional price will be provided to each individual client if they meet the purchase requirements.

3. The price reduced by the promotional discount on designated medical procedures applies to persons over 15 years of age without an upper limit. In order for persons under 15 years of age to take advantage of the discount and benefit from the procedures, they must present a valid prescription from a Czech pediatrician.

4. As part of the event, instructions for the sale of treatments with a limited validity until March 31, 2026 have been issued for the implementation of treatment procedures.

5. Payment for treatment procedures or a gift voucher must be made in cash at the Alžbětiné Lázně cash desk, or by Eurocard/MasterCard and Maestro, VISA and VISA Electron payment cards, online payment or transfer.

6. Payment for medical treatments or gift vouchers must be made within the period
   3. 11. 2025 – 31. 12. 2025.

7. When purchasing treatment procedures with a Christmas or gift voucher, if the value of the voucher is not used, the money will not be refunded. The unused value will be transferred to the next period, and the price list valid for the given period will apply.

8. Promotional prices may not apply to organizational orders and procedure packages.

9. Promotional prices do not apply to orders for services for customers with whom Alžbětiny Lázně has concluded Contracts for the provision of spa procedures, and Alžbětiny Lázně does not provide any contractual commission to customers or clients of the customer from these promotional prices.

10. During the duration of the promotion, clients who purchase procedures according to the promotional price list will not be provided with any other discounts. Discounts cannot be combined.

11. The fee for changing the timing or canceling the procedure is 10 CZK.

12. Complaints and cancellation fees are governed by the company's valid complaints procedure, which is located at each publicly accessible cash desk at the company's headquarters.

13. To purchase treatment procedures marked with a + symbol in the price list, a medical prescription must be accompanied by a recommendation from a general practitioner or specialist Czech doctor. For procedures marked with an asterisk symbol in the promotional price list (instrumented lymphatic drainage, alternating foot shower, small peloid wrap, etc.), an informed consent form must be filled out.

14. Each client will receive a printout of the treatment procedures and a receipt of payment.

15. The purchase of treatment procedures is only possible until the capacity of the procedures is exhausted according to the operational capabilities of Alžbětiné Lázně.

16. The sale and use of treatment procedures are governed by the standards of Alžbětiny Lázní as.

17. In the event that it is impossible to use the treatment procedures for any reason on the part of Alžbětiné Lázně by March 31, 2026, the unused value will be returned to clients in cash at the Alžbětiné Lázně cash desk, or, based on the decision of Alžbětiné Lázně, the treatment procedures will be allowed to be used on an alternative date.

18. All other conditions for using and providing individual treatment procedures, including complaint conditions, are governed by the standard conditions of Alžbětiné Lázně.

19. Alžbětiny Lázně reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and the price list of treatment procedures at any time during the duration of the event.

20. By purchasing a voucher or any individual treatment procedure, the client agrees to these

terms and conditions of sale and accepts them in full without reservation. The terms and conditions are published on www.spa5.cz, on the notice board and in the sales department of Alžbětiné Lázně, and any changes to the terms and conditions will be announced at these locations.
